Major Customers and Accounts Receivable
Major customers are those customers that account for more than 10% of revenues or accounts receivable. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017, 19% and 22% of revenues, respectively, were derived from one major Nexsan Business customer. The loss of this customer could have a material adverse effect on the Company’s operations. As of September 30, 2017, there were no customers that accounted for more than 10% of accounts receivable.
For the three months ended September 30, 2016, 17% of revenues were derived from one major Nexsan Business customer and for the nine months ended September 30, 2016, 21% of revenues were derived from one major Nexsan Business customer. The accounts receivable from this customer represented 10% of total accounts receivable as of December 31, 2016.
