Debt	Debt Our Credit Agreement entered into in 2006 and its amendments (the Credit Agreement) and the Credit Agreement entered into in 2013 with a lender in Japan (the Japan Credit Agreement) are both described in Note 11 - Debt of our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2013. As of September 30, 2014, our borrowing capacity under all credit agreements, after consideration of amounts outstanding, was $33.4 million. As of September 30, 2014, we had $19.3 million of borrowings outstanding under our credit facilities with interest rates ranging from 2.4 percent to 2.8 percent. We are in compliance with our covenant requirements as of September 30, 2014.
