c.   Peter A. Koehn, age 43, was appointed on September 8, 2004 as Imation’s Corporate Controller. When he joined the Company in 2000, he was Finance Director of the Data Storage & Information Management business segment. From 1998 to 2000, he was the Controller of the Imaging Division at Jostens, Inc. He holds a BS degree in Finance and is a CPA.
