On September 26, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.52 per common share to be paid on October 26, 2022 to shareholders of record as of October 11, 2022.
A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
