SIGNIFICANT CLIENTS AND OTHER CONCENTRATIONS [Abstract]
SIGNIFICANT CLIENTS AND OTHER CONCENTRATIONS

(4)       SIGNIFICANT CLIENTS and other concentrations

The Company did not have any clients that contributed in excess of 10% of total revenue for the three or six months ended June 30, 2011. The Company had one client, IBM-Census, that contributed 13.1% and 10.1% of total revenue for the three and six months ended ##D<PYQE>, respectively, of which all the accounts receivables have been paid as of June 30, 2011.

The loss of one or more of its significant clients could have a material adverse effect on the Company's business, operating results, or financial condition. The Company does not require collateral from its clients. To limit the Company's credit risk, management performs periodic credit evaluations of its clients and maintains allowances for uncollectible accounts and may require pre-payment for services. Although the Company is impacted by economic conditions in various industry segments, management does not believe significant credit risk exists as of June 30, 2011.
