SUBSEQUENT EVENT	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 31, 2014, the Company acquired, Ultima IT (“Ultima”), a leading provider of consulting and services for developing strategic business applications, CRM and IT Infrastructure in the Turkish market, for $3.1 million in cash consideration, inclusive of $1.7 million in cash acquired. In addition, the Ultima shareholders are eligible to receive additional cash consideration based on the achievement of certain performance milestones through the end of 2016. The Company believes the acquisition will reinforce its support network for existing and new clients in Turkey.
