EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company sponsors a 401(k) defined contribution retirement plan for qualifying employees pursuant to which the Company makes discretionary matching profit sharing contributions. Company contributions under the plan totaled approximately $2.5 million in 2011, approximately $2.0 million in 2010, and $1.6 million in 2009. In addition, the Company has defined contribution plans for qualifying international employees and contributions expensed under those plans totaled approximately $2.1 million in 2011, $1.2 million in 2010, and approximately $1.0 million in 2009.
