On November 26, 2008, TIB Financial Corp. issued a press release announcing it will participate as a presenter at the 2008 Fall Investor Conference hosted by Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. to be held December 2nd and 3rd.  A copy of the press release and the presentation materials used for the upcoming presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
