On April 24, 2007, TIB Financial Corp. issued a press release announcing certain financial results and additional information. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.

On April 24, 2007, the board of directors of TIB Financial Corp. approved revisions to the Audit Committee Charter. A copy of this document is attached as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.

On April 25, 2007, TIB Financial Corp. issued a press release announcing the results of the annual meeting of shareholders. A copy of the press release and the presentation materials used during the annual meeting and for the upcoming presentation at the annual GulfSouth Bank Conference hosted by Hancock Bank in New Orleans, LA on Tuesday, May 1 are attached as exhibits to this Form 8-K.
