GOLDBELT GRADUATES TO TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE
 
Toronto, Ontario - (April 5, 2007) Goldbelt Resources Ltd. (TSXV: GLD) is pleased to announce it has received approval for the listing of the Company’s common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange “TSX”. The Company’s shares will begin trading on TSX at market opening on April 10, 2007, under its current symbol GLD. Goldbelt’s shares will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange upon commencement of TSX trading.
