     Approximate number of holders of record as of the certification or notice date: As the result of consummation of the Registrants’ First Amended Chapter 11 Plan (the “Chapter 11 Plan”) confirmed by order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware:

No holders of Senior Subordinated Notes due 2010 (the “Senior Subordinated Notes”); No holders of Guarantees of Senior Subordinated Notes due 2010 (the “Guarantees”); 35 holders of common stock, issued upon consummation of such Chapter 11 Plan; all shares of common stock outstanding immediately prior to the consummation of the Chapter 11 Plan were cancelled by virtue of the Chapter 11 Plan.
