10. Related-Party Transactions

During the

first

half of

2019,

the Company made payments of

$6,500

for accounting and tax services to the accounting firm of Bonamassa, Maietta and Cartelli, LLP (“Bonamassa”). The Company made

no

payments to Bonamassa during the

first

half of

2018.

Lawrence Maietta, a director of the Company, is also a partner in Bonamassa.
