The merger was filed in error. LKQ Raleigh Auto Parts Corp was merged into LKQ Pick Your Part Southeast, LLC. It should have been merged into LKQ Southeast, Inc.

4. The Certificate is hereby corrected to read as follows:


The merger is null and void.
