Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 1, 2020, Kenneth P. Chrisman, Senior Vice President, Global Commercial Operations and Equipment, and former President, Product Care, informed Sealed Air Corporation (the “Company”) that he would be leaving the Company. Mr. Chrisman will serve in an advisory capacity in the interim until his final departure date, which will be October 15, 2020 or earlier at his option.
