Summary of Goodwill Balances by Segment Reporting Structure

The following table shows our goodwill balances by our segment reporting structure.  We review goodwill for impairment on a reporting unit basis annually during the fourth quarter of each year and whenever events or changes in circumstances indicate the carrying value of goodwill may not be recoverable.  As of September 30, 2015, we did not identify any changes in circumstances that would indicate the carrying value of goodwill may not be recoverable.
