PROCEEDS FROM STOCKHOLDER SECURITIES LAW SETTLEMENT	NOTE 12 — PROCEEDS FROM STOCKHOLDER SECURITIES LAW SETTLEMENT During the nine months ended September 30, 2011, the Company received net proceeds of $3.0 million from a securities law settlement involving trades in the Company’s stock by an unaffiliated stockholder. The Company recognized this amount in its financial statements through a credit to additional paid-in capital, with no impact to the Company’s statement of operations.
