NOTE 6 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

The Company evaluated all events or transactions that occurred subsequent to March 31, 2015 up to the date these consolidated financial statements were issued and has determined that there are no material subsequent events or transactions which would require recognition or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements.
