Subsequent Events	Note 15 – Subsequent Event Effective October 1, 2011, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. transferred its trust company, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Trust Company, to the Company. This transaction had the effect of increasing assets by over $900 million and increasing Tier 1 common capital by over $700 million.
