RESTRICTED CASH	RESTRICTED CASH Included in the Company's consolidated balance sheet in cash and cash equivalents is restricted cash of $0.6 million and $0.4 million at December 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively. This restricted cash primarily represents a bond held in the United Kingdom in order to defer the payment of duties on imports into the United Kingdom.
