September 30, 2017

 

Accounts payable and accruals at September 30, 2017 consist primarily of $0.1 million due to contractors and suppliers and $0.2 million related to the Company’s Velardeña Properties and corporate administrative activities, respectively.  In the case of the Velardeña Properties, amounts due also include a VAT payable of less than $0.1 million that is not an offset to the VAT receivable.

 

Accrued employee compensation and benefits at September 30, 2017 consist of $0.3 million of accrued vacation payable and $0.8 million related to withholding taxes and benefits payable, of which $0.3 million is related to activities at the Velardeña Properties, and $0.5 million is related to the KELTIP (see Note 14).

 

December 31, 2016

 

Accounts payable and accruals at December 31, 2016 are primarily related to amounts due to contractors and suppliers in the amounts of $0.1 million and $0.2 million related to the Company’s Velardeña Properties and corporate administrative activities, respectively.  In the case of the Velardeña Properties, approximately $0.1 million is related to a net VAT payable.

 

Accrued employee compensation and benefits at December 31, 2016 consist of $0.3 million of accrued vacation payable and $0.6 million related to withholding taxes and benefits payable, of which $0.2 million is related to activities at the Velardeña Properties and $0.3 million is related to the KELTIP (see Note 14).
