Other Current Liabilities	10. Other Current Liabilities The Company recorded other current liabilities of approximately $3.5 million and $4.4 million at June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013, respectively. The amounts are primarily related to a loss contingency on foreign withholding taxes that the government could assert are owed by the Company, acting as withholding agent, on certain interest payments made to a third party. The amounts include estimated interest, penalties and other adjustments.
