On July 2, 2007, 99¢ Only Stores (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the filing of its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007 and the date of its 2007 annual shareholders meeting.  A copy of this release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
