Advertising and Promotion Expense	Advertising and Promotion Expense Advertising and certain promotion expenses are included in "Selling, general and administrative" in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations and were $7 million for each of the quarters ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, and were $16 million and $15 million for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
