Advertising and Promotion Expense	Advertising and Promotion Expense Advertising and certain promotion expenses are included in "Selling, general and administrative" in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations and were $7 million and $6 million for the quarters ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively, and $15 million and $12 million for the six months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively.
