On January 28, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing that Jim Wachtman, President and CEO, will present at the UBS Global Health Services Conference on Monday, February 14, 2005 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City to review the Company's performance and growth strategy. UBS 2005 Global Health Care Services Conference

St. Louis, Missouri, January 28, 2005 —TLC Vision Corporation (NASDAQ:TLCV; TSX:TLC), North America’s premier eye care services company, announced today that Jim Wachtman, President & CEO, will present at the UBS Global Health Care Services Conference at the Plaza Hotel, in New York City, on Monday, February 14, 2005 at 12:30 Eastern Time.
