(the “Company”) began distributing to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 2, 2015, a Proxy Statement, Power of Attorney and Proxy Card for the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on December 15, 2015 (the “Meeting”).
