(1) On June 18, 2020, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, entered an order under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code confirming and approving the Second Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”) of CARBO Ceramics Inc. (the “Company”) and certain of the Company’s wholly-owned direct subsidiaries. The Plan became effective on July 2, 2020. In connection with the effectiveness of the Plan, among other things, all previously issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share, were extinguished.
