Dividends Paid	4. Dividends Paid On March 20, 2012, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.24 per common share payable to shareholders of record on May 1, 2012. The dividend was paid on May 15, 2012. On July 17, 2012, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per common share payable to shareholders of record on August 1, 2012. This dividend is payable on August 15, 2012.
