On May 20, 2010, Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding financial results for the second quarter ended May 1, 2010. The Company also posted on its website (www.BRCD.com) slides with accompanying prepared remarks regarding such financial results and forward-looking statements relating to the Company’s estimated fiscal year 2010 financial results and market opportunities.
