RALEIGH, NC, April 22, 2008—Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. (NASDAQ:SLXP) today announced that the Company will report first quarter ended March 31, 2008 financial results following the close of the U.S. financial markets on Tuesday, May 6, 2008.
