On August 4, 2020, we filed a Registration Statement on Form S-3, which included an updated description of our capital stock. We are filing such updated description of our capital stock as Exhibit 4.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K in order to update our Registration Statement on Form 8-A, filed on March 27, 1996, as amended. The description of our capital stock contained in Exhibit 4.1 supersedes the previous description, as amended to date.
