Legal Matters	Legal Matters From time to time, the Company is involved in litigation incidental to the conduct of its business. In the ordinary course of business, the Company is a party to inquiries, legal proceedings and claims including, from time to time, disagreements with vendors and customers. The Company is not a party to any lawsuit or proceeding that, in the Company's opinion, is likely to materially harm its business, results of operations, financial condition or cash flows.
