401(k) Plan
The Company has a 401(k) Plan (the Plan) for all eligible employees. Participants may defer a portion of their pre-tax earnings subject to limits determined by the Internal Revenue Service. Participants age 50 or older may be eligible to make additional contributions. As of December 31, 2013, the Company matches one half of the first 4% contributed by the Plan participants. The Company’s contributions vest over a five-year period from the date of hire. Total Company matching contributions were $376, $352 and $335 for the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012, and 2011, respectively. In addition, the Company may make contributions to the Plan at the discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. There were no discretionary contributions in 2013, 2012, or 2011.
