Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 4, 2018, Daryl T. Rolley, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of PRGX Global, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company that he will be resigning from the Company effective June 29, 2018 to accept a role as the chief executive officer of a healthcare software firm.
