On December 16, 2015, Archelle Georgiou Feldshon, M.D. resigned from the Board of Directors of PRGX Global, Inc. (the “Company”). Dr. Georgiou’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. Dr. Georgiou has served as a member of the Board of Directors since September 2010.
