Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On August 7, 2014, the Company entered into an amendment of the SunTrust credit facility that provided a waiver of the non-compliance with the minimum Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA covenant for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, reduced the minimum Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA requirement to $12.0 million, modified the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio definition for the quarter ending September 30, 2014 by excluding certain payments, and reduced the maximum borrowing amount under the senior credit facility to $20.0 million. From the February 2014 announcement through August 6, 2014, the Company repurchased a total of 2,556,727 shares of common stock under its stock repurchase program for an aggregate purchase price of $16.4 million.
