(b) On March 31, 2022, Robert J. Bishop notified Unifi, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation, effective that day, from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and from his position as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. Mr. Bishop is resigning in order to devote more time to his business pursuits and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. In connection with the resignation of Mr. Bishop, the Board intends to reduce its size to nine members.
