Fiscal Period, Policy [Policy Text Block]	Fiscal Year The Company’s current fiscal quarter ended on March 29, 2015, the last Sunday in March. The Company’s Brazilian, Colombian and Chinese subsidiaries’ fiscal quarter ended on March 31, 2015 and there were no significant transactions or events that occurred between the Company’s fiscal quarter end and its subsidiaries’ fiscal quarter end. The three months ended March 29, 2015 and March 30, 2014 each consisted of thirteen fiscal weeks. The nine months ended March 29, 2015 and March 30, 2014 each consisted of thirty-nine fiscal weeks.
Reclassification, Policy [Policy Text Block]	Reclassifications Certain reclassifications of prior years’ data have been made to conform to the current year presentation.

Disclosure of accounting policy for determining an entity's fiscal year or other fiscal period.
