Effective April 24, 2015, Mitchel Weinberger resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Unifi, Inc. (the “Registrant”). Mr. Weinberger’s resignation did not result from a disagreement with the Registrant on any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
