Adjusted EBITDA Management believes that Adjusted EBITDA measures provide investors with meaningful information for gaining an understanding of the Company’s results as it is frequently used by the financial community to provide insight into an organization’s operating trends and facilitates comparisons between peer companies, because interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and the other items for which adjustments are made as noted in the definition of Adjusted EBITDA below can differ greatly between organizations as a result of differing capital structures and tax strategies. Global Marine Strategic Update Sale of Huawei Marine Networks Joint Venture Announced • Announced signing of agreement with Hengtong Optic-Electric Co Ltd.
