On April 5, 2005, Siebel Systems, Inc. issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2005. A copy of the press release, dated as of April 5, 2005, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated in this Item 2.02 by reference.
