Protalix BioTherapeutics Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
CARMIEL, Israel, March 17, 2011 /PR Newswire/Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (NYSE-AMEX:PLX, TASE:PLX) announced today that it intends, subject to market conditions, to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Citi and Barclays Capital Inc. are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
