Subsequent Events	16. Subsequent Events On January 3, 2017, the Company issued an additional 172,500 new common shares in connection with the underwriters exercising their overallotment option at $14.00 per share, before underwriting discount and commissions. The new stock issuance generated net proceeds to the Company of approximately $2.3 million, after deducting underwriting commissions of $0.1 million.
