CASH DIVIDENDS	NOTE 12 – CASH DIVIDENDS On September 9, 2021, the Company’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, which was paid on October 29, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 21, 2021. On June 24, 2021, the Company’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, which was paid on July 30, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 22, 2021. On April 14, 2021, the Company’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, which was paid on April 30, 2021. During the nine months ended October 31, 2020, the board of directors declared three regular quarterly cash dividends, each in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, which were paid to stockholders on October 31, 2020, July 31, 2020 and April 30, 2020, respectively. The Company also paid a special cash dividend in the amount of $1.00 per share of common stock on July 31, 2020.
