CASH DIVIDENDS	NOTE 12 – CASH DIVIDENDS On April 14, 2021, the Company’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, which was paid on April 30, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 22, 2021. Last year, the board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock, which was paid to stockholders on April 30, 2020.
