Declaration of Special Cash Dividend	NOTE 3 – DECLARATION OF SPECIAL CASH DIVIDEND In September 2014, the Company’s board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.70 per share of common stock, which was paid on November 6, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2014. In September 2013, the Company’s board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.75 per share of common stock, which was paid on November 7, 2013 to stockholders of record on October 15, 2013.
