As of April 30, 2024, the Company’s best estimate of the effective tax rate expected to be applicable for fiscal 2024 was 25.9% compared to 27.0% at July 31, 2023. The change in the estimated effective tax rate was mainly due to differences in the amount of taxable income earned in the various taxing jurisdictions.
