(TSX: COB.SV.A) today announced that it has obtained an extension of its existing credit facilities with JP Morgan Chase Bank. The maturity date of the existing facilities has been extended from January 3, 2006 to April 3, 2006. All other terms and conditions of the existing facilities remain the same.
