2.       Divestitures

Income from discontinued operations presented in the condensed consolidated statements of operations and retained earnings for the three and six month period ending September 30, 2011 includes payments received on a note receivable related to the Company's fiscal 2002 disposal of Automatic Systems, Inc.The note has been fully collected as of September 30, 2012.

During the quarter ended September 30, 2012, the Company sold certain assets of the Gaffey division of Crane Equipment and Service, Inc.  The sale of the Gaffey assets did not have a material effect on the Company's financial statements for the three and six months ended September 30, 2012 and therefore was not reclassified as a discontinued operation.
