Restructuring Charges During the six months ended September 30, 2011, the Company initiated and completed employee workforce reductions at one of its European facilities. These reductions resulted in approximately $413,000 in one-time termination benefits recorded as restructuring costs which were fully paid by March 31, 2012. Total restructuring costs incurred totaled $430,000 for the six months ended September 30, 2011.
